1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the fg6 platform and its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of fg6, including visitors, registered members, and any individuals interacting with our promotional materials, games, or customer support channels.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on fg6. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• All deposits must be funded from a payment source owned and verified in your own name. fg6 does not accept third-party payments. Deposits from unverified sources will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to KYC completion and any applicable wagering requirements. Processing times may vary, but fg6 strives to complete withdrawals within 24 hours for verified accounts.
• A minimum deposit of ৳200 and minimum withdrawal of ৳500 applies. Maximum single withdrawal limits may be set by fg6 at its sole discretion and communicated via the platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through duplicate accounts or referral abuse will result in cancellation of all associated bonuses and possible account closure.
• fg6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer without prior notice. Bonuses have an expiry date; unused bonus funds will be automatically removed from the account after the expiry period.

6. Prohibited Activities

fg6 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, dishonest, or manipulative behaviour. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any coordinated effort to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event available on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, gain unfair advantage, or exploit any technical vulnerability.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform to conduct any illegal financial transactions, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward fg6 staff, support agents, or other users. fg6 maintains a respectful and inclusive community for all players.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the fg6 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, promotional materials, and any underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of fg6 or its licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any fg6 content without prior written authorisation from fg6. Violation of this clause may result in legal action in addition to permanent account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg6 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from wagering activity, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.

fg6 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, server outages, or other technical issues may temporarily affect availability. In such cases, fg6's liability is limited to restoring service as promptly as reasonably practicable and does not extend to compensating users for missed wagering opportunities.

9. Responsible Gaming
